From School Districts: We process student information system (SIS) data provided by our partner school districts. This may include:
- Student enrollment and demographic information
- Attendance records
- Academic records (grades, transcripts, assessments)
- Discipline records
- Staff information (for staffing modules)
From Website Visitors: When you contact us or request a demo, we collect:
- Name and contact information
- Organization and role
- Information you provide in your message
How We Use Information
We use school data exclusively to:
- Generate nightly insights for authorized school personnel
- Create dashboards and reports as configured by the district
- Improve our analytical models and services
We never sell student data. We never use student data for advertising. We never share student data with unauthorized third parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- Access controls limited to authorized personnel

Data Retention
We retain school data only as long as necessary to provide our services to the district. Upon termination of services, we delete all district data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law or requested by the district.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of their data
- Receive a copy of their data in a portable format
FERPA Compliance
